Its been a long while since I have last updated. Its been almost a week since I got to Hamilton Island. The island is great with amazing views on the way to and from work. The roads are really hilly though and quite steep. Been trying to run up the hills to this spot called One Tree Hill. Almost killed myself the first time I tried. But it was so worth it being up there to look at the sunset.

The accomodation isnt so great but its a roof over my head with a tv and a fridge so I cant complain very much. Getting to know lots of people and I realised how pathetic I am being lousy remebering peoples names. I think out of the 10 people I met at Sportz bar on Sunday, I probably only remember 5.I suck uh.

Work has been alright. 2 of us work on a room which is huge but the view I get from the room is amazing especially when it is high tide. So I am lucky like that. I am looking forward to being able to do all sorts of stuff here like getting my boating and jetski license. I am going to do my Responsible Service of Alcohol cert so that I am work in the bars and restaurants here. Was thinking of signing up for the bluecard and do some baby sitting work.

Anyway.its time to catch the boat back to the. Island. Hopefully I can get internet access soon!!
